I sent a message regarding my results this week. And I wrote a few questions and explained a few things about this week.

Shins re getting heaps better now that I’ve started using my heels more. The 30 rep workouts are getting a lot easier now and I love them because they always get me working the hardest to try and get the final reps finished.
Deadlifts I feel like I should be lifting more, but I can barely get to 10 reps at the weight I’m doing, I always feel like passing out after doing them but in a good way because I’ve expended all my energy.

This was a good week i really pushed myself hard and felt like i was going to have a few good gains but didn't realise i was gunna drop 2cm of waist which im stoked about. I still can't get my arms to grow that little bit even tho ive been doin arms after every session and really focusing of tempo and the burn and pump ive been getting has been crazy, but definitely next week they will.

My energy levels have been really good this week havn't hit the wall at all in the afternoon or during a workout even when its a late night sess. I also have started to get really tight and get more knots but i found myself a great masseuse 5 mins away from my house who used to massage the brisbane bullets and she works wonders so i think ill keep going to her to keep myself more loose and maintain my body instead of waiting till i get an injury then go to her.
i am really looking forward to the next phase of my plan to increase gains even more and get a slight harder bigger workout sess to really push myself
