I don't get sore from training anymore..not sure why.
I feel like I push myself but for some reason after I feel like I could have and should have gone harder

No injuries this week, clearly need to push harder. I worry that I don't get any soreness at all, no matter how hard I push...I just get an overall feeling fatique....is this normal.
Worried I have put on weight, really need to lose weight...

Coming to end of week 2, I am a little confident with the program not looking to my notes and phone so much...still not 100% sure on my technique and timing tho..

Disappointed with myself this week, Iv been training great but had such a hectic social week I didn't plan my meals and it shows/ Im feeling it.
Back on the program hard as of now and looking forward to pushing myself harder than the first 4 weeks, watch this space!

I weigh myself on the new digital weight scale I bought yesterday it was 74.2 but my old scale was 71 kg which one should I follow?

Got very tight in the calf's but that has eased. Tried to push myself fully but probably spent a bit of each session finding my weight and grove with some new exercises.

Feel like I am stagnating especially in regards to weight. Not noticing too many changes now, think I have hit a plateau and need to shock my body again.

When i get someone to train with me i can push. But when alone i tend to fear using heavier weights as i train at home.

Training sessions are good.
Leg day is extremely hard! Skipped the smith machine front squat due to lack of time as it is a very big session.
I have worked 50+ hours this week so it has been a big effort and had to reschedule one gym session because of work. But overall good.

Only trained 1 day this week as I got my new gym equipment and had to build it up which has taken a while but all done now and gym ready for Monday

Been away for work lived in hotel for one night and apartment for others.
Didn't have anything to weigh food with. Ate the microwave rice for carbs but protein I didn't weigh. Must have been having too much so no real weight loss this week but I feel I am a bit leaner/more vascular. Probably screwed up not weighing meats next time I go away I'll have to remember to pack the scales.
