We feel defeated and discouraged. We crack under pressure. We let stress and anxiety consume us.
We can feel stress and anxiety creeping on us. We lose our confidence and energy. We experience gut issues.
We feel like there’s a storm brewing inside us 24/7 365.
Just like fuel to an engine, we need something to fuel us up and get ready for whatever life throws at us.
Handling a lot of stress makes our brain go haywire.
It’s getting in the way of our focus, which leads to low productivity and sh*tty performance.
