I’ve heard of pretty ridiculous claims on the internet on ways to boost testosterone and this one has to be at the top of the list…
“Dunk Your Balls In Ice To Increase Your Testosterone”
Maybe it has a .0001% effect, but doing that alone will most likely not be the answer and certainly doesn’t address the root cause of the problem.

Stress, poor sleeping habits, lack of exercise, a bad diet, and our nervous and digestive systems not working as well as they should be– all have an impact on our testosterone levels.
And these are the fundamentals that guys need to shape up if they want to get their levels up.
So don’t buy into dubious and unproven sh*t online that are just out to get your attention.
