TDD 42: Are You Struggling To Stay Consistent

JCF_YT TDD 42

We all have our ups and downs. That’s just how life goes.

But isn’t it great to be consistent whether we are doing great or hitting a rough patch?

Keeping ourselves healthy and fit, physically and mentally. Working hard and smart in our careers. Being the best husband and dad our families could ask for.

Some people manage to stay on the same wavelength, but many people don’t. We find it hard to keep our actions steady.

We’re doing well for some time but eventually, our actions go downhill and things fall to sh*t.

There comes a time when we start to get back up again and climb our summit, but we can’t help but repeat the mistake of letting ourselves fall back to square one.

Doing it over and over again is sickening. It makes us tired, frustrated, and disappointed in ourselves.

If this seesaw game is the only constant thing in your life right now, it’s time to quit.

Smash on the play button and find out how you can keep a steady course as a high performance man.

Hope this helps.

Cheers.
