Performing at a very high level and having loads of energy each day goes hand in hand with being healthy inside out.
That includes sleeping right, getting our workouts in, managing stress, looking after our digestion, and eating right.
But when it comes to nutrition, do we really pay attention to what we put in our body?

While having a good amount of greens is always a must, not a lot of blokes realise that including red meat is actually a very crucial thing.
Time and time again, we’ve been told a lot that red meat is bad, harmful, it’s got too much fat, can cause cancer, and all of that rubbish.
But what we’re not hearing are the huge health benefits that red meat has to give.
Among these benefits are good brain function and higher levels of testosterone.
