TDD 34: What Happens If Your Testosterone Is Low

More and more men are becoming more concerned about their testosterone levels.

But not every one of them is doing it right.

The all-time dumbest sh*t I’ve heard that some fellas do is spending a whole heap of money on test boosters. They’re sold by all these fancy marketing, and flowery words that promise to change our levels of testosterone overnight. 

But in reality, it’s a f*cking scam. 

And while they think it’s getting their testosterone levels on the right track, they happen to not be treating their body right.

They’re missing out on sleep, and stressed out of their brains but they’re not doing anything about it. 

While these are seemingly normal things that everyone often goes through, these are actually huge red flags that can make our testosterone levels take a hit.
