TDD 30: Stop Eating This If You Want to Stop Feeling Bloated

JCF_YT Thumbnail Daily Dose 30

Everyone can agree with me

That being bloated is definitely uncomfortable

And what’s even more concerning

Is the havoc it could wreak around your midsection.

A completely terrible feeling.

But you don’t have to suffer with bloating

If you start to get rid of this particular protein in your diet.

And that’s gluten.

Now there’s your AHA! moment.

Because you’ve seen this word.

In the food section at the supermarket,

On the food packaging that always gives emphasis on being gluten-free

And now you know why health conscious people put this in their grocery carts.

It’s all because having a gluten-free diet

Makes them feel leaner and less bloated.

It makes them feel better

Because their digestive process is completely normal.

Which should also be the case for you.

You don’t have to endure the discomfort

Of your stomach feeling like it’s being stretched out like rubber.

Because you have an option

To get rid of this from  your diet.

So if you’re thinking just that

Hit the play button and let me tell you

Exactly why Gluten can cause bloating.

See you in there, legends.

Cheers.
