Whenever we attempt to lose weight

One of the most noticeable parts of our body

That we pay attention to is our midsection.

It’s one of the very telltale signs 

Of when our body is in great shape

But has it ever happened to you 

When no matter how hard we go on our workouts

No matter how many reps of crunches we do

We still can’t seem to get that part of our body

To be rock hard as we want it to be?

We’re still soft around the middle

We’re spilling all over our pants

And to make it all worse 

We also happen to not be feeling too great around there

We feel bloated

We get gassy all the time 

We feel queasy and weird

We’re often making trips to the dunny

Or sometimes hardly any at all

If a little chub around the middle

And a stomach with a mind of its own
