When you’re hustling and grinding,
You get too focused on what you do,
And you find yourself losing sleep.
But that doesn’t matter because you thought you’re crushing it.
That’s what I thought, too!
There was a time in my life when I only got 4 hours of sleep every single night.
I wanted to work and work and work,
And make sure that my business stays on top.
I strived to get a lot of sh*t done,
I sure did!
And I was confident that I was doing really well.
Not until I felt like crap
And I was so stressed that it affected my performance and relationships,
And that included my health.
I never thought of how lack of sleep can be so destructive until I experienced it myself.
And I don’t want you to face the same struggles.
