JCF_YT Thumbnail Daily Dose 19

Having a headache is a pain

I don’t know a single bloke on earth that enjoys it

And it’s annoying when it happens a lot

It gets in the way of our performance, our progress, our productivity

It’s that grimy old loser nobody wants at a party

If you’ve been getting  headaches a little too often

And you’re this close to swallowing a whole bottle of advils just to nip that nagging headache in the butt

You might want to pay attention to your regular daily habits that you’re probably taking for granted

You can start by checking on how much water you’re drinking, your posture and how you’re managing your downtime.

These tips are quick and easy so  hit the play button to find out!

Applying these methods on my day-to-day has helped a lot to stop headaches from happening

And I’m 100% sure that this could help you too.

See you in my episode, legends.

Cheers.
