You know that uncomfortable feeling

When you think you had one bite too many of that excruciatingly delicious pasta you just couldn’t resist?

Is it gas?

Is your stomach unable to hold the massive amount of food you just shoved down your throat?

It’s one or the other, or something else entirely that’s causing this discomfort.

It sucks, right?

But although  it can make you feel weak and helpless, it eventually goes away.

That is unless there’s diarrhea, fever, and other symptoms involved.

Then it’s time to see a doctor.

I’ll tell you what…

Whatever caused your guts to feel like a giant ball of food is lodged in there somewhere

There’s a way you can actually make this uncomfortable feeling go away…

And I share just that in this video.

It has helped me more times than I can count.

And I hope you get to experience the relief that comes from this simple hack.

Hope this helps.

Cheers.
